Our causes aim to build self-sustaining communities, and providing quality education is one of the keys. In the next 5 to 10 years, An-Nadaa Educational Foundation aims to become an oasis for empowering communities through the provision of quality education and healthcare, committed to excellence and sustainable impact guided by Islamic tenets and injunctions. One of the keys to this vision is our school in Zaria, Great Insight International Academy, where we combine Islamic and worldly education. The main objective of this initiative is to create capable leaders who are well versed in both disciplines. Alhamdu lillah we have been able to expand the school, alhamdu lillah. May Allah reward all of you for supporting our mission, may He extend your rizq and make this effort a means for all of us to enter jannatul-firdaus.

The need for an administration block

An administration block is essential for the effectiveness of the school’s operations. Administrators need an office space separate from the academic facilities to further emphasize their role of overseeing the school’s activities. The distinction between academic and admin activities will enhance accountability and also strengthen management capabilities. Having an administration block also allows the admin and teaching staff to have a separate time schedule from the head office and the school’s teaching schedule, to increase the professionalism of the school’s administration. Furthermore, an administration block serves as a hub for decision making and planning, disciplinary matters, efficient recordkeeping of staff, student and operations matters. The administration block also acts as the first point of contact for stakeholders and guests to the school which gives an opportunity to present a history of the school and its achievements.

Facilities in the Administration Block

The Administration block is meant to serve the management, staff and students' needs by housing the following:

Offices The offices are intended for management use. It will include a staff room for teachers.

Library We have a vast collection of books from all categories and are expecting even more from our generous donors in shaa Allah. This library will perhaps be the largest of its kind in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Laboratories The plan is to have a Science Lab, Computer Lab and a Vocational Skills Lab to further faciliate the practical subjects taught in the school.

Musolla for the students We need a musolla where the sisters will pray as the one we currently have is not enough to accomodate everyone.
